On 16 February 2022, the Eastern Free State Workgroup hosted a Groentoer and visited trial plantings at Fick & Seun Boerdery, Daniëlsrus and Asearch Agritech, Bethlehem. Approximately 146 guests attended the Groentoer and lunch. The Eastern Free State Potato Farmer of the Year was also announced. Congratulations to Manie Grove (HG Grove Potatoes) for receiving this prestigious award!
